Operations Officer – Home Care Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of home healthcare services.
• Supervise nurses and ensure smooth workflow and adherence to care plans.
• Coordinate with insurance companies regarding approvals and claims.
• Handle logistical operations related to home healthcare services.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with drivers to ensure timely visits.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in home healthcare services or the medical field.
• Strong knowledge of operational and logistical processes in healthcare.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
