We're Hiring – Operations Officer (Insurance Operations)

A third-party service provider for State Life Insurance is looking to hire an Operations Executive with 1+ year of experience in Insurance Back-Office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Process cancellations and proposal refunds
  • Issue receipts accurately and on time
  • Ensure timely updating of deduction files in the system and generate reports for multiple stakeholders
  • Manage email correspondence and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in insurance back-office or bank operations
  • Strong documentation and verification skills
  • Good communication and follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
