Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations & Partnerships Manager who can coordinate across teams, hospitals, and partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the chat support team to ensure no patient queries remain pending
• Take regular updates from the marketing team and track ongoing work
• Work with hospital ground-level teams to collect, update, and review hospital data
• Support new hospital collaborations and partnerships
• Maintain weekly reports, meeting minutes, and operational documentation
• Coordinate regularly with the tech team for updates and issue resolution

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, project management, or healthcare-related roles
• Strong communication, follow-up, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in hospital and field environments
• Experience in startups, hospitals, NGOs, or healthtech is a plus
