Operations & Payroll Coordinator (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to join our fencing center’s administrative team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on a variety of projects — from managing payroll and tracking production to helping design flyers, newsletters, and event materials.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and processing payroll for staff and coaches.
  • Tracking production and performance-based pay.
  • Assisting with event coordination and scheduling (clinics, tournaments, parties, etc.).
  • Supporting management with administrative projects and day-to-day tasks.
  • Designing and updating marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidate:

  • Extremely reliable with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent with numbers and comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written communication and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Canva or similar design platforms (a plus!).
  • Able to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude — a true “get things done” person.
  • Mindbody Scheduling Software (a plus!)
