Operations & Process Executive

What You’ll Do

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes by identifying gaps, standardizing workflows, and driving efficiency.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new operational processes.
• Follow up on end-to-end operational flows (supply chain, logistics, field operations) and ensure smooth execution.
• Use data to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive actionable improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver service levels aligned with customer and business needs.
• Identify operational issues early and take initiative to resolve them in a practical and scalable way.
• Take an active role in daily operations to ensure consistent and reliable execution.
• Support the execution of operational strategies by translating them into day-to-day actions.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and suggest areas for improvement.
• Take a hands-on approach across both analysis and execution.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, process management, or similar roles.
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or banking is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data to support decision-making.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficiency in English.
