Job Description:

Indus Pipes & Fittings is looking for an experienced and highly capable Operations & Procurement Manager to manage overall company operations, procurement activities, raw material sourcing, supplier negotiations, and internal coordination.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the manufacturing industry, with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage suppliers, purchasing, and operational workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of raw materials (HDPE, MDPE, PVC, UPVC, fittings, etc.)
• Handle supplier negotiations and secure best prices and terms
• Oversee daily company operations and coordination
• Support sales and purchasing departments
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely material availability
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
• Experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management
• Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions
• Education is flexible; practical experience is more important
• Confident, proactive, and result-oriented personality

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
