As we grow our retail and online presence, we are looking for a hardworking, energetic individual to join our production team immediately.

Role Overview

As an Operations Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily studio activities. This is a "hands-on" role involving the physical assembly of frames, managing stock, and ensuring our customers receive their orders in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

· Production Support: Assist in the manual process of photo framing, mounting, and high-quality photo printing.

· Quality Control & Packaging: Securely pack fragile glass and frames for local and e-commerce delivery to ensure zero damage.

· Logistics: Manage incoming raw materials and outgoing dispatches; coordinate with delivery partners.

· Facility Maintenance: Keep the production area and store clean, organized, and professional.

· Go-to-Market Support: Assist in store displays and basic customer interactions when needed.

Candidate Requirements

· Physical Fitness: Must be healthy and capable of standing for long hours and handling frames/glass.

· Education: 10th Standard or 12th Pass (Intermediate).

· Language: Must be able to speak Telugu and Hindi fluently.

· Location: Candidates residing in or near Madhapur are strongly preferred.

· Age Limit: 20 to 40 years.

· Attitude: Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn the craft of framing.

Salary & Benefits

· Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (Based on experience).

· Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

· Weekly Off: Every Sunday.

· Stability: Work with a well-established brand since 2013.
