The Role

As the Operations & Quality Lead, you will be the driving force behind the flawless execution of our luxury service promise. You will be responsible for upholding the integrity of every asset and booking, enforcing a zero-defect standard, and protecting client trust through meticulous attention to detail and decisive escalation management.

What You’ll Do

Quality Assurance & Vetting

  • Personally conduct detailed inspections on all local fleet assets using a 50-point checklist
  • Manage remote vetting protocols (including live video audits) for international partners
  • Ensure absolute compliance with strict service quality and safety standards

Incident Command

  • Act as the primary escalation point for all high-priority operational issues, including incidents, delays, and client disputes
  • Lead rapid, effective resolution and conduct incident post-mortem reviews

Client Onboarding & Success

  • Deliver an exceptional “White Glove” onboarding and training experience for new corporate clients
  • Oversee account activation and engagement, ensuring seamless client transitions

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on cleanliness, punctuality, and operational excellence with a global supplier network
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and escalate vendor issues proactively

Process Excellence

  • Build, document, and refine all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational workflows
  • Champion process improvement projects to raise efficiency and reduce error rates

Required Experience & Skills

  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • 3+ years in operations, logistics, or quality management, preferably within luxury hospitality, mobility, or service environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Logistics, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with logistics management systems, booking/dispatch software, and fleet tracking tools
  • Proficiency in customer support platforms (ticketing, live chat); advanced spreadsheet/documentation skills
  • Exceptional organization, composure under stress, and a bias for proactive problem-solving
  • Impeccable written and verbal English communication
  • Willingness to be on-call and manage critical escalation outside standard hours

Preferred

  • Prior experience in five-star hospitality, luxury automotive, or premium asset management
  • Track record of building and elevating operational SOPs in a high-growth environment
  • Experience vetting and managing international supplier networks
