Your Part in It:

Working out of our Chicago office, we are looking for our next Operations Representative. In this role, you will support the day-to-day transportation operations by managing shipments, coordinating with LTL and TL carriers, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and customers. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and exceptional service.

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in customer operations within the logistics or supply chain industry
• Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
• Professional email and phone etiquette
• Outgoing personality, high energy, and flexibility
• Positive attitude with a desire to work hard
• Strong team player
