Operations - Revenue Specialist - Cabool

Job Summary: The Revenue Specialist will oversee supply chain processes and product delivery by tracking reviewing invoices, shipment status, and delivery route activity.

Essential Job Functions:
Collects, interprets, and analyzes various types of data including reliability of transport and delivery, and other data related to product supply chain management, sourcing, and distribution
Maintains databases of transportation information
Tracks product flow from origin to delivery via web-based systems and other appropriate methods of monitoring inventory and shipment vehicles
Reviews transportation processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs
Reviews and analyzes transportation costs, parts procurement and delivery processes, and other fulfillment metrics
Uses analytic methods and tools to understand, predict, and/or control transportation operations and processes
Monitors location facilities to evaluate inventory transactions such as receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory integrity
Performs other related duties, as assigned

Qualifications:Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s license in state of residency with acceptable driving record
Must be able to pass Department of Transportation alcohol and drug screen
Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of internal and external staff
Manage multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines
Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel, Google Workspace, and 10 key
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology relating to office practices and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work

Preferred:
Associates degree in financing or Professional Finance Certification
2+ years experience in administration or payroll
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines

Physical Demands: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended period. This is primarily a sedentary office classification although standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard, typewriter keyboard or calculator, and to operate standard office equipment. Positions in this classification occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment: The duties of this job are performed primarily in an office environment and occasionally, in a commercial motor vehicle terminal operations environment thereby experiencing some minor to moderate level of noise due to office/CMV equipment. Exposure to various climate conditions, fumes, dust, odors, oil/grease, and gasses.
