We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Operations & Sales Coordinator to support our business setup team. This role combines sales support with operations coordination particularly handling client onboarding and the UAE business setup process (mainland & free zone).

In this role, you’ll work closely with sales executives and operations staff to ensure smooth business license processing, timely client communication, and seamless coordination with government and free zone authorities.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Support

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and in-person as required.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with potential clients.
  • Track leads and opportunities using CRM tools; update sales pipelines.
  • Assist the sales team to convert leads into signed business setup assignments.

Operations Coordination

  • Manage post-sales client onboarding and documentation review.
  • Prepare and submit applications to relevant government authorities and free zones (e.g., DMCC, DIFC, RAKEZ, IFZA, etc.).
  • Liaise with PROs and track the status of license issuance, visas, and approvals.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on progress and next steps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
