Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline our delivery operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of medical stocks to hospitals and distributors, coordinating closely with the delivery team, and maintaining real-time delivery reports. The Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in meeting strict delivery timelines, resolving on-ground issues quickly, and driving operational efficiency to support seamless healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of stocks to hospitals & distributors
• Supervise daily dispatches and prepare daily delivery reports
• Ensure all deliveries are done within the requested Time Limit
• Coordinate and lead the Delivery Team for smooth operations
• Monitor performance, resolve delivery issues, and improve efficiency
• Oversee proper stock movement and documentation

Desired Qualifications

• Graduate (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare operations)
• 2–5 years of experience in operations/logistics/delivery coordination
• Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp
