We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day operations through documentation, tracking, data entry, and administrative coordination. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable working with systems and spreadsheets, and able to keep information accurate and up to date.
The Operations Specialist will help ensure shipments, records, and internal tasks are properly documented and tracked from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents and records
- Enter data accurately into company systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
- Track project, shipment, order, or task status and provide updates as needed
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and missing information
- Communicate with internal team members, customers, vendors, and partners
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and daily administrative tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Help identify issues, delays, or missing information and escalate when needed
- Support management with reports, summaries, and operational updates
- Perform other office and operations support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, email, and basic office software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow processes
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, administrative support, customer service, or office coordination preferred
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

Compensation
Pay is based on experience.
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
