We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support and improve our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, maintaining records, ensuring process efficiency, and supporting various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Track operational performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Assist in inventory, procurement, and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to operations.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support management with data analysis and process improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in operations, administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
