Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and improve operational processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
- Track operational performance and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in inventory, procurement, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks related to operations.
- Identify operational issues and recommend solutions.
- Support management with data analysis and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
