WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (BEDBANK)

ALL4GO is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our growing international team.

Location: Remote
Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (Romania Time)

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
• Experience in Tourism, Bedbank, OTA, DMC, Tour Operator, or Hotel Reservations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Availability to participate in an emergency duty rotation, including one weekend per month

What You'll Do

• Manage hotel reservations and monitor new bookings daily
• Handle operational requests and customer support through Zendesk, ensuring timely resolution of booking issues
• Coordinate directly with hotels and suppliers to verify reservations, reconfirm last-minute bookings, and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor booking errors, cancellations, modifications, and special requests
• Manage operational email inboxes and ensure all requests are processed efficiently
• Verify booking confirmations, vouchers, and supplier acknowledgements
• Follow up on pending reservations and ensure bookings are correctly processed within required deadlines
• Work closely with Sales, Contracting, Finance, and Customer Service teams to guarantee smooth operations
• Monitor urgent cases and provide proactive solutions to avoid service disruptions
• Participate in the emergency on-duty rotation, including one weekend per month, handling urgent booking issues and last-minute operational requests
• Maintain high service quality standards and ensure client satisfaction
