Operations Specialist / Operations Executive(运营专员 / 专家)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily CRM operations, including account opening, review, IB hierarchy setup, rebate configuration, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with Finance, Customer Service, and IT departments to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient processes for deposits, withdrawals, rebate disbursements, and internal fund transfers.
- Monitor client accounts and trading activities to identify potential risks or irregular behavior, and work closely with the Risk team for timely resolution.
- Utilize operational tools such as Excel, JIRA, or other workflow management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal manuals, and system guides to support process optimization and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the Forex, CFD, brokerage, or payment industry preferred.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Brokeree, Arena, UpTrader) and familiar with MetaTrader 4/5 backend configuration logic.
- Strong understanding of IB structures, rebate hierarchies, and rebate calculation formulas.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Chinese)
•(Preferred) Experience in financial reporting, rebate settlement, or fund reconciliation.
