We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Specialist
to support and optimize day-to-day business operations. This role focuses on improving processes, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth execution of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to manage workflows, schedules, and deliverables.
3. Track operational tasks, documentation, and process updates.
4. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
5. Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records.
6. Support onboarding, vendor coordination, and internal requests as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
8. Assist in implementing new tools, systems, and workflows.
Requirements
1. Proven experience of 1-2 years in operations, coordination, or process support roles.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
4. Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
