We are seeking an experienced Operations Strategy Lead to drive strategic initiatives and optimize operational performance.

Role Overview

The Operations Strategy Lead will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and leading process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operations strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to align operations with business goals.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within operations and recommend solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Mentor and guide staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management or strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing operational strategies in petroleum or energy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, performance management, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
