Operations Supervisor

We are a leading automotive performance garage specializing in high-performance tuning, engine builds, dyno calibration, fabrication, and premium mechanical services. With a team of 15 skilled technicians, we deliver top-quality performance solutions for enthusiasts across the UAE.

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic, and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage the full workshop operations and support our continued growth.

Position Overview

The Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities of the workshop, ensure smooth job flow, maintain high customer satisfaction, and drive sales. This role requires strong automotive knowledge—preferably in performance vehicles—along with leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Operations

• Manage daily workshop workflow and job scheduling.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 15 technicians.
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of all jobs.
• Monitor workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.

Customer Interaction & Sales

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate service recommendations.
• Create job estimates, quotations, and invoices.
• Upsell performance upgrades, maintenance packages, and tuning services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Parts & Inventory Management

• Order and source parts from local and international suppliers.
• Maintain stock levels and track parts usage.
• Follow up with suppliers for deliveries, pricing, and availability.

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain daily job sheets, progress reports, and customer records.
• Review technician performance and support HR in evaluations.
• Assist management in budgeting, sales targets, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in an automotive workshop supervisory or service advisor role.
• Strong knowledge of performance vehicles, tuning, and aftermarket parts (preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage workshop pressure.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.
• Computer-literate (basic invoicing, Microsoft, job cards, email communication).

Salary:
AED 2,800 – 4,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
