Salary Range: ₹24,000 – ₹26,000 per month (Inclusive of PF & Paid Leave Benefits)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Operations Supervisor to oversee our warehouse dispatch activities and team performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound operations, manpower handling, and strong command over Advanced Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis. Candidates from the pharmaceutical or logistics industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily outbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
• Manage and allocate manpower efficiently to meet operational targets.
• Monitor stock movement, coordinating closely with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
• Oversee the packaging, labelling, and loading process to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Track pricing and manage order billing-related support as per warehouse norms.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational flow and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, or Commerce).
• 2–4 years of experience in outbound operations or warehouse supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reporting).
• Good understanding of manpower planning and performance tracking.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
