Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive “Operations Supervisor” to oversee daily operations within our cosmetics manufacturing and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, quality compliance, and smooth coordination across production, warehouse, and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations in production, packaging, and warehouse activities
• Ensure compliance with cosmetics industry standards, GMP, and safety regulations
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams
• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock control procedures
• Train, mentor, and manage operational staff
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Operations Management or any related field
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GMP and quality standards in cosmetics industry
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Preferably : Odoo)
• Good communication skills (English; Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cosmetics or personal care manufacturing
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Oman/GCC
• Lean manufacturing or process improvement experience
