Position Overview
We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding property maintenance company based in Dubai, seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor / Manager to lead and oversee daily field operations. The successful candidate will manage a multi-disciplinary team of technicians, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or an equivalent trade certification.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property or facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or operations leadership role in UAE.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Demonstrated team leadership, planning, and communication abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with CRM or job tracking tools is advantageous.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an asset.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and job assignments for field teams.

Lead and manage teams comprising AC technicians, electricians, plumbers, and general helpers.

Allocate and monitor field jobs to guarantee timely completion and quality service.

Conduct routine site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective solutions.

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.

Collaborate with the customer service team for efficient job scheduling and client communication.

Track work progress, monitor material usage, and assess technician productivity.

Maintain comprehensive records of completed jobs and prepare detailed operational reports.

Support staff training initiatives and participate in performance evaluations.

Coordinate with the procurement department for the timely acquisition of tools and spare parts.
