About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and hands-on experience using the SABER platform. This role involves overseeing daily logistics activities, ensuring smooth shipment movement, maintaining regulatory compliance, and coordinating efficiently with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and local/international deliveries.
• Manage product registration and shipment approvals via SABER (Saudi Product Safety Program).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and Saudi Customs for timely shipment clearance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping and customs documentation (invoices, packing lists, COO, SASO, etc.).
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA, SASO, and other relevant Saudi regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of logistics and customs activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve delays related to customs or delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for seamless operations.
• Train and supervise logistics/warehouse staff on procedures and system usage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, shipping, or logistics supervision within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of the SABER platform and Saudi import/export regulations.
• Experience in customs clearance and documentation.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms and international logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics software is preferred.

Preferred Background

• Experience in electronics, building materials, automotive, or consumer goods industries.
• Certification in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.
• Valid Saudi driving license.

Work Environment

• Based in Dammam, with occasional visits to ports, warehouses, and government offices.
• Flexibility to handle urgent shipments or documentation outside regular working hours.
