Operations & Supply Chain Executive

Prismax is a German-engineered automotive detailing brand with a global footprint. We specialize in high-end Paint Protection Films (PPF), ceramic coatings, and professional car care products. With our Indian expansion underway, we’re seeking an Operations Executive to streamline our supply chain and ensure smooth, efficient order fulfillment across channels.

Overview:

As an Operations & Supply Chain Executive, you will manage end-to-end operations including inventory control, procurement, vendor management, and logistics. You will ensure smooth execution of daily warehousing and shipping tasks while optimizing processes for scalability and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Management:
• Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in Zoho Books/Inventory or similar ERP systems.
• Oversee stock movements, replenishments, and dispatches.
• Logistics & Shipping:
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via courier, freight, or cargo.
• Ensure accurate documentation for customs clearance, invoices, and end-use declarations.
• Manage relations with logistics partners to track deliveries and resolve delays.
• Procurement & Vendor Management:
• Coordinate with suppliers for packaging materials, warehouse essentials, and logistics services.
• Track purchase orders, GRNs, and landed cost allocations.
• Operations Optimization & Reporting:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare operational, logistics, and inventory reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
