About Roth Pets

Roth Pets is a fast-growing, science-led pet care brand, importing high-quality products and selling across D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms. We are building a strong operational foundation and are looking for an Operations & Logistics Lead who can take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain and scale our operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all aspects of imports, freight coordination, customs clearance, and warehouse operations.

• Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors; evaluate rates and services to ensure cost efficiency.

• Plan inventory, forecast demand, and monitor stock levels across multiple sales channels.

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and operational tracking systems.

• Ensure adherence to marketplace SLAs and minimize stockouts or supply disruptions.

• Identify inefficiencies proactively and implement process improvements to optimize operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or operations, preferably in SME or D2C businesses.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives without reminders.

• Experience building operational systems from scratch.

• Structured thinking, attention to detail, and high accuracy in execution.

• Commercial awareness: understands costs, margins, and inventory impact.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.

This role has the potential to grow into a broader Operations leadership position as Roth Pets scales.
