Arabco Medical is expanding its UAE team! We are a leading healthcare solutions provider operating across the UAE, Egypt, and Kenya, with strong partnerships with global manufacturers in advanced medical technologies.

We are looking to hire an Operations & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in UAE.

Position: Operations & Supply Chain Specialist

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠Manage and coordinate daily supply chain and operational activities

⁠ ⁠Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet business needs

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

⁠ ⁠Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, customs clearance, and deliveries

⁠ ⁠Support warehouse operations and inventory control processes

⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures

⁠ ⁠Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements

⁠ ⁠Support demand planning and forecasting activities

Requirements:

⁠ ⁠Male or Female

⁠ ⁠Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply

⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field

⁠ ⁠Age not more than 30 years

⁠ ⁠Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage

⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

⁠ ⁠Valid UAE driving license is preferred
