Arabco Medical is expanding its UAE team! We are a leading healthcare solutions provider operating across the UAE, Egypt, and Kenya, with strong partnerships with global manufacturers in advanced medical technologies.
We are looking to hire an Operations & Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in UAE.
Position: Operations & Supply Chain Specialist
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily supply chain and operational activities
Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet business needs
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, customs clearance, and deliveries
Support warehouse operations and inventory control processes
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures
Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements
Support demand planning and forecasting activities
Requirements:
Male or Female
Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field
Age not more than 30 years
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Valid UAE driving license is preferred
