Hours: Approximately 47 hours per week

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• No late nights

About the Role

The Operations Support Associate (OSA) is the backbone of our daily operation. This position supports the rental yard, prepares equipment for customers, and helps keep our store running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, physical job that requires attention to detail and the ability to learn procedures.

You will be responsible for learning how to check rental equipment in and out properly, ensuring machines are clean, safe, and ready for the next customer.

This role moves quickly and requires someone who can learn new information, retain procedures, and stay organized throughout the day.

What You’ll Do - Equipment & Yard Responsibilities

• Check rental equipment in and out using established procedures
• Clean and stage equipment for upcoming rentals
• Inspect equipment for damage or safety issues
• Load and unload equipment for customers and delivery drivers
• Maintain a clean and organized yard

Store Support

• Move and restock hardware inventory
• Assist with receiving shipments
• Help maintain store organization

Customer Interaction

• Assist customers with loading equipment
• Answer basic questions about equipment operation
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude

Pay & Growth

Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour depending on experience.

After 90 days, we review performance based on:

• Reliability and attendance
• Work ethic
• Ability to learn procedures
• Team contribution

Requirements

Required

• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable transportation

Preferred

• Experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, retail, or equipment rental
• Experience using tools or machinery
