Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team in the field, coordinating supplies/parts, assuring techs are properly prepared, and responding in the field to coordinate supplies as needed. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Provide exceptional support in daily field operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Manage parts/supply orders and inventories.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Communicate with field and lead techs to assure the teams is prepared.
  • Support parts management tasks including inventory tracking and supply ordering.
  • In-field delivered and coordinate supply deliveries.
  • Source and order marine related parts.

Requirements

  • Must have strong knowledge of vessels and parts.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Valid drivers license and be able to pass a back-ground.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
