Administrative and Operations Support
Seeking an Administrative and Operations Support professional with a positive and enthusiastic disposition to greet clients and support multiple business entities with a broad variety of projects. Hospitality experience is preferred; possess the ability to switch priorities as needed.

Ideal candidates need to be flexible, independent, hardworking, team-oriented self-starters with the ability to multitask and also be willing to be trained on efficient workflow.

Role requirements and responsibilities

  • Answering in bound calls, forwarding calls, message taking, and booking meeting room reservations using our software/applications
  • Assisting with maintaining coffee equipment, office equipment, copier, fax, phones, monitors and stocking pantry
  • Assist with set up and cleanup of meeting rooms and offices
  • Willingness to travel to second business location on regular basis
  • Maintain accurate records of all meeting room use and all services provided.
  • Own and complete special projects as assigned
  • Maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Paralegal skills a plus, notary public certification a plus
  • Practical Strong communication and phone skills
  • Self-organizing with good time managment skills
  • Follow policy and procedures
  • Interest in learning new skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
