Operations Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. This entry-level role is designed for someone eager to learn the business from the ground up while gaining exposure to multiple areas of our operations.

Rather than being confined to a single function, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and support different departments (sales, purchasing, import/export compliance, marketing/trade show) and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, developing a well-rounded understanding of our operations. This position is designed to help you identify where you excel, and over time, we will align you with a role that best fits your strengths, interests, and where you can make the greatest impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day operations across various teams within the company
• Assist with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers as needed
• Help track and manage orders, requests, and internal workflows
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and system updates
• Support shipping and logistics coordination, including domestic and international activity
• Contribute to process improvements and general team efficiency
