Operations Support Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Assistant to support our growing e-commerce brands, Mewo Zone (pet products) . The role involves order preparation, inventory handling, and coordinating deliveries to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare daily online orders accurately
• Check product quality before packing
• Print invoices and attach receipts
• Coordinate with delivery partners for order pickups
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery issues
• Assist with inventory management and stock counting
• Organize warehouse shelves and maintain cleanliness
• Handle stock transfers and basic record updates
• Report low stock or damaged items

Requirements

• Valid Qatar Driving License (Required – No exceptions)
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
• Organized, responsible, and trustworthy
• Physically fit (able to lift boxes when needed)
• Transferable visa MUST

• Salary: QAR 2500-3,000 (based on experience)
