We are a growing outdoor services company looking for a highly organized Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to help manage backend operations and keep projects running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience with Jobber CRM and the landscaping or service industry and enjoys organizing schedules, managing job workflows, and improving systems.

The owner focuses heavily on field work and client relationships. This role ensures the office operations stay organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the job schedule using Jobber
• Create and send estimates and invoices through Jobber
• Track unpaid invoices and follow up with clients
• Log incoming leads and organize client information
• Assist with job documentation and project organization
• Coordinate scheduling and job preparation
• Maintain organized client and job records
• Assist with improving business systems and processes
• Prepare simple weekly reports on jobs and cash flow

Requirements

• Experience using Jobber software (required)
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or service industry (required)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and business software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
• Reliable and consistent work habits
