We are seeking a dynamic Operations Team Lead to join our team and drive operational efficiency across our logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Operational Management:
  • Manage and streamline end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes, including freight forwarding, import/export operations, and customer delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • Prepare detailed reports on operational activities, performance metrics, and process improvements.
• Customer Focus:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient and reliable operations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to align operational activities with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain smooth workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or import/export industries, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, international trade regulations, and customs processes.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving accountability and high performance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and logistics management systems (LMS).
• Strong communication skills in written English.
