We are seeking a dynamic Operations Team Lead to join our team and drive operational efficiency across our logistics and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and meet company standards.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.

Operational Management:

Manage and streamline end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes, including freight forwarding, import/export operations, and customer delivery timelines.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and drive operational excellence.

Prepare detailed reports on operational activities, performance metrics, and process improvements.

Customer Focus:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining efficient and reliable operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to align operational activities with company objectives.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain smooth workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

7-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or import/export industries, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

Strong understanding of logistics operations, international trade regulations, and customs processes.

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving accountability and high performance.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and logistics management systems (LMS).

Strong communication skills in written English.
