Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead - Operations with approximately 3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for managing a team of AI Trainers, ensuring productivity targets are met, and maintaining high standards of content quality. This role also requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to coach and provide feedback, and excellent client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ direct reports, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation.
• Performance Management : Set and monitor productivity targets, ensuring that quality standards for content creation are met consistently.
• External Relations : Act as the primary point of contact for the team, ensuring that all external interactions are handled professionally and expectations are managed effectively.
• Coaching & Feedback : Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Address people-related issues within the team, escalating problems as needed and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor and enforce high-quality content standards for all deliverables.
• Reporting : Track key performance metrics such as productivity, transaction quality, and CSAT, and present regular reports to senior management and clients.
• Project Oversight : Ensure that projects are on track, deadlines are met, and that the team operates efficiently within the project scope.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from Tier-1 Institutions.

• 2-3 years of experience in operations and team handling.
• Ensure timely execution and maintain high standards of quality in daily delivery.
• Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to work with data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Oversee daily operations for assigned projects.
• Ensure all activities run smoothly and align with organizational goals.
