Job description

Delivery & Operations Crew Member (Growth Opportunity + Performance Pay) 25 plus hours per week, season ends in November

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team delivering and setting up party rentals to include tents and inflatables. This is a hands-on position with strong growth potential for the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver, set up, and pick up inflatables (bounce houses, slides, etc.)
• Operate mechanical rides
• Clean and sanitize equipment to company standards
• Assist with daily operations, organization, and warehouse tasks
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
• Provide excellent customer service on-site

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (200+ lbs with assistance)
• Comfortable driving box trucks and trucks with trailers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Must enjoy working outdoors and be able to handle heat (including 90–100°+ summer days)
• Must be available to work weekends (this is a weekend-heavy business)

Position Details: While we rent out fun, the job is hard and physically demanding.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
