Operations Trainee

We’re hiring an Operations Trainee 🎮

Gamesporium is expanding and we’re looking for an ambitious, curious, and motivated  Operations Trainee  to join our team.

This is a  full-time, fully remote trainee position  designed to give recent graduates hands-on experience across operations, reporting, and sales. If you’re passionate about the gaming industry and want to learn how things work behind the scenes, this is your chance to start strong.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day operational workflows across catalog management, pricing, and sales

• Assist in onboarding new titles and maintaining accurate product data

• Help track and report on game and sales performance

• Contribute to partner support and internal coordination tasks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns

• Gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, contributing to catalog management, product optimization, and platform improvements to drive better sales performance

• Gain exposure to tools, processes, and systems used in e-commerce & digital game distribution

What We Expect

• A  recent university graduate , ideally in  Business Administration, Engineering, or a data-related field

•  Fluent in English  – both written and spoken

• A  passion for the gaming industry  and curiosity for how it operates

• Interest in  sales, reporting, and operations

•  Adaptable  and comfortable working in a dynamic environment

• A  quick learner  with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

•  Organized, responsible , and able to work independently when needed
