Description:
Support a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) training program by managing customer expectations, assessing requirements, and coordinating training schedules. Analyze and validate training data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to meet evolving program needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training requirements and program impacts; recommend solutions using data analysis and project management skills.
- Coordinate and track training events with Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) stakeholders.
- Manage schedules and reporting using Excel, Power BI, MS Project, and other MS Office tools.
- Prepare clear documentation, briefings, and reports.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years U.S. Navy ship experience (LCS-1 class preferred).
- 5+ years project management (Agile preferred).
- 3+ years FMS Case Student programming or NETC quota management (CANTRAC).
- Experience with FMS tracking tools (SANWeb) and DoD Security Assistance programs (preferred).
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel), reporting (PowerPoint/Word), and interpersonal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
