Operations & Vendor Relations Specialist

The Operations & Vendor Relations Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding and ongoing support of jewelry vendors across multiple markets. This role involves daily communication with jewelers, overseeing subscriptions and renewals, coordinating with the sales team, ensuring compliance, organizing contracts and documents, and supporting marketing and partnership activities across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and India.

Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Onboarding & Management

• Manage the full onboarding process for jewelry shops, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Communicate with jewelers through WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Follow up with inactive vendors and ensure timely renewals and subscription payments.
• Assist vendors with product uploads, profile setup, and platform usage.
• Maintain organized vendor files, contracts, NDAs, and agreements with support from the company lawyer.
• Monitor vendor activity, share updates, and communicate offers or platform changes.
• Build and maintain partnerships with jewelry shops in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and India.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure company processes follow Bahrain e-commerce rules and relevant regulations in other regions.
• Keep all company folders, documents, and operational files organized and up to date.
• Track payments received and manage billing-related follow-ups.
• Maintain monthly operational spreadsheets, reports, and subscription records.

Sales Support

• Support and monitor part-time salespeople.
• Communicate with the sales team daily and ensure proper follow-up on leads.
• Assist with planning and coordinating sales activities.

Customer & Vendor Support

• Respond promptly to inquiries from both customers and vendors.
• Resolve issues, provide guidance, and escalate critical concerns when necessary.

Marketing & Growth

• Plan and execute simple monthly marketing campaigns.
• Assist with social media posting and engagement.
• Contribute to growing monthly vendor subscriptions and platform usage.
