Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails from customers.
- Provide accurate service information, pricing, and recommendations based on customer pest issues.
- Schedule, modify, and confirm pest control service appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate cases when needed.
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Update daily schedules and monitor route planning for service teams.
- Ensure service reports, invoices, and related documents are shared with customers on time.
- Maintain customer records in CRM software.
- Prepare daily/weekly service and call reports.
- Assist in follow-ups for contract renewals and unpaid invoices.
- Upsell and cross-sell services when appropriate.
- Support customer retention activities, including feedback collection.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service (experience in pest control or FM sector is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in English ( Hindi is a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
