Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails from customers.
  • Provide accurate service information, pricing, and recommendations based on customer pest issues.
  • Schedule, modify, and confirm pest control service appointments.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate cases when needed.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Update daily schedules and monitor route planning for service teams.
  • Ensure service reports, invoices, and related documents are shared with customers on time.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM software.
  • Prepare daily/weekly service and call reports.
  • Assist in follow-ups for contract renewals and unpaid invoices.
  • Upsell and cross-sell services when appropriate.
  • Support customer retention activities, including feedback collection.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service (experience in pest control or FM sector is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills in English ( Hindi is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
