Operations/Production Manager (Apparel)

Fittora: A luxury fashion brand by Alkye & Bond Styling—is redefining premium tailoring with AI + global artisanal craftsmanship. We're looking for a strong Operations & Production Lead who can guide teams, maintain world-class quality, and ensure flawless end-to-end execution.

What You’ll Lead:

• Daily production, tailoring, fittings & quality checks
• Managing tailors, pattern masters & finishing teams
• Creative handovers & coordination with stylists
• Tech coordination with developers for smooth workflows
• Logistics, dispatch, QA & global shipment delivery
• Training fresh talent & building a high-performance culture

Who We're Looking For:

• 5–10 yrs in luxury fashion, bespoke, or production management
• Strong understanding of Western silhouettes & garment construction
• Hands-on leader who can mentor and step in when needed
• Excellent operational, technical & communication skills
