Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Plant Operator to operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve operational issues
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure safety and productivity
• Maintain operational records, logs, and reports
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to optimize plant performance
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Intermediate (Preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operations or a related field
• Strong technical skills and ability to operate industrial equipment
• Good understanding of safety standards and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Work Location Requirement

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Murtaza Chowrangi, Korangi, Karachi or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
