Operator - (Chemical factory experience is a must)

Job Objective:

To perform tasks related to routine production and other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Senior Operators.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

1. conduct specific routine production tasks as directed by supervisor / management.

2. To understand and follow basic safety regulations during the course of the work, and to develop understanding of all company QHSE standards & operational procedures.

3. Follow instructions from Production Supervisor and Senior Operators for day-to-day activities.

4. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of assigned work area.

5. Assist maintenance team for preventive maintenance as required.

6. Control and operate equipment such as Pumps, compressors, reactors, chillers, water treatment unit etc. Able to handle chemicals during charging raw material and offloading products.

7. Maintains and prepares log sheets for assigned units and systems covering operating data. Record any special occurrences during shift, such as operating problems and equipment breakdowns, inform Operations Supervisor of these.

8. Monitors and adjust operating parameters and under the directions of the shift supervisor, start up or shut down locally all utilities and related systems or equipment.

9. Complete production log sheets and other production records in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain record of everyday readings for all compressors and processing equipment’s and ensure optimal level of production.

10. Improve knowledge of all production process and plant. Attend appropriate training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.

11. Follow SICHEM policies and procedures

12. Follow HR and QHSE Policies and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
