Core Responsibilities

Machine Setup and Operation:

Setting up and operating industrial embroidery machines for various projects, which involves uploading designs, selecting the correct threads and tension, and ensuring proper machine function.

Quality Control:

Monitoring the embroidery process to ensure high-quality results, including checking for proper stitch patterns, color accuracy, and overall quality of the final product.

Maintenance and Repair:

Performing regular maintenance and basic repairs on embroidery machines to keep them in optimal working condition and ensure efficient operation.

Material and Thread Selection:

Choosing appropriate fabrics, needles, threads, and backing materials for different projects and fabrics, such as silk, leather, or performance materials.

Inventory Management:

Handling and tracking inventory of apparel, supplies, and threads, ensuring accurate counts and reordering stock as needed.

Troubleshooting:

Reading instructional manuals and applying problem-solving skills to identify and resolve machine malfunctions or production issues promptly.

Collaboration:

Working with designers, clients, and other team members to ensure designs meet specifications and project goals.
