Operator III

Basic Qualifications

1. High School diploma or GED.

2. Valid Class A CDL required.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Must be able to work in adverse conditions.

5. Motor Grader Mixer ,Haul trucks Bob tail, Boomax, Track hoe Backhoe Roller, Tandem dumptruck Rubber tire excavator Dozer Gradall Loader Asphalt paver Mower, weed-eater & chainsaw

6. Work requires moderate to considerable physical exertion to include: a. lifting 25 to 50 pounds, b. climbing ladders, c. standing, walking, kneeling and crouching.

7. Must adhere to wearing appropriate protective equipment and observe safety rules and practices.

8. Basic knowledge of computer skills (Word/Excel) and data entry.

Examples of Job Duties

1. Ability to perform strenuous work, work outdoors, frequently under adverse weather conditions, and work overtime as required

2. Ability to perform road and bridge maintenance and repairs while utilizing a variety of labor and/or trades such as carpentry, welding, equipment operation, concrete and asphalt application.

3. Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures applicable to equipment used

4. Ability to handle a variety of items such as hand and power tools.

5. Ability to maintain and repair various types of equipment and machinery.

6. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,333.00 per year
