Compensation

Final placement depends on experience, skills, and progression through our internal career tiers.

Typical starting ranges:

● Clinical I: $17.25–$18.50

● Clinical II: $18.75–$20.50

● Clinical III: $20.75–$25.00

● Pod Leader / Team Lead: typically $23.00–$28.00

(These ranges reflect common starting points. Actual placement varies by candidate, and advancement is supported through our tier system.)

What You’ll Do

● Prepare patients for exams (medical history, preliminary testing)

● Assist with in-office procedures and laser treatments

● Accurately transcribe physician findings

● Educate patients on diagnoses and care plans

● Process prescription refills with physician authorization

Location Details

The role is anchored to an assigned home office determined by geographic proximity. Periodic coverage at an adjacent location may be needed. Travel outside these locations is rare and occurs only under exceptional circumstances.
