Ophthalmic Technician

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient support by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and providing follow up care.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care by taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and explaining procedures to patients.
- Other eyecare industry specific tasks as trained and required.

Skills:
- Proficient in medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist healthcare providers in patient care.
- Excellent patient service and communication skills to provide compassionate care and address patient concerns.
- Competent in medication familiarity to ensure proper documentation.
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs.
- Basic life support certification preferred
