Ophthalmic Technician / Scribe

No evenings and no weekends :)

Competitive salary - negotiable based on experience.

Busy practice is hiring 1 full time, experience technician for scribe / work up - minimum of 3 years experience in one practice.

COA or COT is a plus.

We are looking for someone professional and friendly with the ability to multitask while working within a team and independently.

Assist doctor by transcribing dictated findings

Patient work-ups including history, medications etc.. pressure check and slit lamp exams

Refraction is not required but a plus.

Coding the exam not required but a plus.

Experience with OCT, Fundus Exam, IOL, Visual Field, Cell Count etc...
