OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN / SCRIBE / MEDICAL ASSISTANT

DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a driven, energetic, friendly and focused individual to join our team! Our ideal candidate will serve our community within our THREE clinics located in Southeast Tennessee - our main campus in Cleveland, TN and our satellite offices in Athens and newest location, Ooltewah. Our practice is a diverse, fast-paced environment with three Ophthalmologists and one Optometrist on staff. We cover all areas of general ophthalmology, surgery and routine eye care.

This position requires travel amongst ALL OF OUR locations, so ability & willingness to commute is a must. On-the-job training is offered, as well as the opportunity to become certified (Ophthalmic Scribe Certified, Certified Ophthalmic Assistant, Certified Ophthalmic Technician). Advancement and continued education is supported & encouraged. FULL AND PART-TIME OPTIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.

COMPENSATION:
Wage compensation is determined on experience & ability. Paid holidays and opportunity to accrue PTO (paid time off) is also available. Health insurance, dental supplements and AFLAC care plans are available for enrollment for qualified employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Medical Office/Patient Care Experience
- Ophthalmology / Optometry / Optical Experience: 1 Year

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 3pm

LOCATIONS:
Serving Cleveland, Athens and Ooltewah, TN
