Requirements

• Educated, well-groomed, and confident women.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Pleasing personality, honest & upright.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Age 25–35 preferred.
• Ability to handle high-value clientele with grace and professionalism.
• Strong leadership & customer-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon
• Lead, supervise, and discipline a team of 30 staff members
• Ensure client comfort and assign them to the right service professionals.
• Manage Point of Sale (POS) & salon account handling
• Maintain salon environment, hygiene, and professional standards
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction for all salon services
• Maintain smooth workflow & customer experience from entry to exit
