OPS LEAD – DISPATCHER

Pay: $23-$25 per hour

OPERATIONS LEAD / DISPATCHER – DELIVERY OPERATION

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Operations Lead / Dispatcher to help manage day-to-day delivery operations while also supporting on-road coverage when necessary.

This is a split role combining dispatch leadership and operational execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable stepping into a delivery route if coverage is needed.

You must be able to keep operations running smoothly under pressure while maintaining a team-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch & Operations Oversight
• Coordinate driver check-in/out and route assignments
• Monitor delivery activity and ensure on-time performance
• Address route coverage gaps and provide real-time driver support
• Respond to incidents and escalate issues appropriately
• Communicate updates, risks, and performance trends to management
• Track and report daily performance and compliance metrics
• Maintain oversight of operational tools, devices, and equipment
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and proper end-of-day closure
• On-Road Support (As Needed)
• Step into a delivery route when coverage is required
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle
• Deliver packages efficiently and professionally
• Follow all safety and compliance standards
• Maintain performance expectations both on and off road
